Our bread dipping seasoning is inspired by the Tuscany region in Italy. This region is best known for its light cooking style and use of fresh local ingredients. This cuisine tends to be much healthier and less fatty than other Italian areas.
This area has a reputation for wonderful fresh baked artisan bread, olive oils and of course wine. Italian meals are served with multiple courses and the Tuscany region is no different. The appetizers revolve around some sort of bread dish and with some fresh bread, the best quality olive oil and the right seasoning you have an ideal dip that will instantly transport you to a delightful dinner in a family home in the heart of Tuscany.
How to Use
To make a classic bread seasoning dip, mix 3 tablespoons of Daily Bread Dipping Herbs with 1/2 cup of Agnus Dei Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For best results mix it with oil and let the flavors marry for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Home Made Tuscany Style Italian Dressing
Blend 3 tablespoons of Daily Bread Dipping Herbs with 2/3 cups of Agnus Dei Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar and shake together until well blended.
In addition to making a wonderful Tuscany Style Italian Dressing this homemade blend can also be used as a quick, light marinade for chicken, fish or pork

These bread dipping herbs are amazing! We use them in our eggs, on pasta, sprinkled on hummus, and of course in olive oil with yummy bread. This stuff is the best and I always order at least two at a time so that we never run out!

I use these herbs not just to dipping bred with olive oil but to cook fish, lamb or poultry.. love it

I purchased this to use as gifts at Christmas, plus to save one for our own family. We used it as dipping oil, using California olive oil. It was delicious, a perfect blend of seasonings with just the right amount of pepper. Then I decided to add the leftover oil/spices on my dinner salad. Agnus Dei Farms produces excellent products.
